A family business built on quality and care
They say having children changes one’s priorities in life. This was the case with Bill and Lynn Creek, who started their family printing business from their home in Berowra shortly after their youngest daughter, Chey, was born in 1987.
Bill left his teaching role and beloved students at Turramurra High. His unique understanding of the pressures and demands on teachers and organisers within schools and sporting clubs has shaped Crocodile Creek Shirts buyer’s journey, making the process simple.
The couple had a dream to bring joy to the lives of school-aged kids across Australia through print and design, creating pathways for schools to effortlessly facilitate that while engaging with Australian made and high quality products.
In doing so, Crocodile Creek Shirts has thrived over the decades. They continue to be a trusted name for schools and clubs across Australia. With a penchant for quality, the longevity of the business speaks as a testament to the product, consistency and superior service.
It doesn’t happen without heart. Inspired by the remarkable story of the Salvation Army Officer who began SAO biscuits and pledged 10% of profits to charity, Crocodile Creek has – from the beginning – donated $1 from every shirt sold to not-for-profit organisations. Over the years, this has become a sizeable contribution that the team is very proud of, and they have since been able to double the amount pledged to $2 per shirt.
The team’s chief printer, Hugh, has been a stalwart in the business since 1990. His commitment to quality and care in printing our garments is evident in every order that is despatched.
As for other team members, Chey, who grew up with the aroma of ink and boxes of carefully packaged orders, has been at the helm of the business since 2017 alongside her husband, Ryan. It’s a nod to the same vibrant service of care and quality, set to last long into the future.

Honing in on her graphic design skills, Chey loves a challenge and is always learning. Chey loves working in a harmonious environment where staff feel supported and valued.
RYAN
Owner & Operator
Footy enthusiast, movie buff and music lover, Ryan has been known to be a hit on the trivia table. He also loves being the proud father to three young girls. Ryan is passionate about delivering quality products to clients and works tirelessly to ensure each client’s order is treated with the care and passion it deserves.
Over the years, he has developed the skill of foresight, critical thinking, and offering solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Always in the know, Ryan is constantly looking at new and better practices, upskilling, and using new state of the art technology and machinery to get the job done.
KYLIE
Warehouse Manager
& Printer
Coffee enthusiast and gym loving gal (read: fitness freak/fanatic), Kylie brings the fun and always has a smile on her face.
Kylie has worked for Crocodile Creek since 2010 showcasing her skills in graphic design, photography, printing, and more recently managing our warehouse where she implements our new direct to film printing. There is nothing Kylie can’t do.
Kylie is hardworking and enthusiastic. Behind the scenes, Kylie plays an integral role to the team, ensuring each order is to the utmost quality and packed with the care it deserves.
